Play a part in the global fight against cancer.

Radisson Blu Edwardian is continuing to evolve, and as ever we value your support.

Cancer Research UK has taken on one of its most exciting challenges yet by becoming a founding partner of an extraordinary collaboration to build a world class centre of scientific excellence: the Francis Crick Institute.

This initiative will transform the future of healthcare for generations to come, shaping medical research and placing London at the forefront of global biomedical discovery. Cancer Research UK has set out to raise £100 million towards the construction of this landmark facility and Radisson Blu Edwardian has partnered with them to help make this vision a reality.

Over the course of 2015 we will be arranging events and fund raisers that you can get involved in as Radisson Blu Edwardian employees.

Here are some of the key features of the Francis Crick Institute that will help us bring forward the day when all cancers are cured:

  • Largest biomedical research centre under one roof in Europe, with global impact.
  • 1200 world class scientists led by Nobel Laureate Sir Paul Nurse.
  • Opening in 2016, King’s Cross, London.
  • Multidisciplinary research across all major diseases.
  • Designed to facilitate and promote collaboration.
