    There is nothing really wrong with this hotel , clean and in a good position , breakfast was good everything you would expect , tables are to close though , but when you first arrive at a hotel it’s how you are greeted that starts every thing off well and this hotel is one of the most friendly I have ever been too and I travel a lot around the world

    Lovely hotel in a great location, staff generally excellent, especially door staff. Check in / out procedures are painful and designed for the accountants ease and not customer. Restaurant staff happy to add an optional tip without consent. Coffee served in the reception area shows up on bill as three separate line items (one called breakfast, one is optional tip and I think the third was tax). Although served prior to checkout is required a separate credit card transaction. Again I hope I made the accounts department job less painful!!Room excellent, Bathroom good.

    During my stay in the hotel I find all the staffs are friendly and very accommodating from welcoming the guests and I find it excellent. I will recommend this hotel to my business partners and friends who love to travel in London because it is accessible at any point.
