    Great location but very poor bathroom maintenance, and bar service could be a lot better. Made to feel like an inconvenience. Advised by hotel the room issues will be rectified and offered an upgrade on next visit with breakfast. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

    We had a fantastic time at The Radisson Blu Edwardian Kenilworth hotel. All staff were amazing and guest relations were amazing when I booked and arranged for an upgrade and a cake for my wife. Could not be more pleased with the service.
