    I stayed here whilst attending a meeting the location was good right opposite a tube station. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. However the room has very few amenities and when I went in my room the window was wide open, I went to close it and the interior glass pane fell onto me! The shower is tiny, I am only 5ft 3 and I could barely move in there, if you were a larger person you would really struggle... Not the best but ok for a one night stay

I apologize for what happened with the window and that you found the shower to be tiny. Please note that we do have other room types that offer a combined bath and shower, which have more space.     Nice hotel and staff, let down by poor sound insulation on room windows which, as the hotel is on a city centre main road, was a problem. Staff very nice, breakfast selection varied. I would go again but ask for a quiet room.

All of our front facing rooms do have double glazing and we are in the process of further insulating these windows.
