    I arrived to the hotel and checked in, I was unaware you need to scan to go up in the lift, I went up to my room with all my luggage and my key card didn’t work.... so I had to go all the way back down with my luggage to fix this problem. The lady at he desk kindly took my luggage and went up with me this time. We managed to get it in. The bed is so comfy, it was a king size. The room has a desk a wardrobe, iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee etc. The bath is perfect, I can fit inside. The bathroom is gorgeous. You have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel The food is amazing, I had a three course meal with a glass of wine every night. For breakfast there is a buffet so you can choose from hot food to cereal and toast and croissant etc. When you check in you receive a text shortly after from the hotel, so if you need anything you can text them. Really enjoyed my stay.

    Good hotel in good location and have stayed many times before but this time my room was so small the bed end almost touched the wall and the bathroom was tiny if you turned round quickly you would hit yourself in the face !

    Love this hotel,nice room,nice staff,stayed here before,breakfast too expensive so ate out! Was a bit annoyed there was no tea,coffee etc in the room although kettle cups etc there! Central location,handy for tube,busesetc
