    The location is great, that is undeniable. Our room had no view whatsoever (it look straight out on the kitchen fans) but we were not really in London for the hotel view. The room was comfortable enough and the bathroom had a hot rail which was nice for the towels to be warm. Our only issue was on the Saturday when at 9 am on the dot (we had been to a concert the night before hence we had planned on a night in), housekeeping starts vacuuming right outside our door, of all doors, followed by knocks and a head peeping in. We barely had any chance to react. My husband called the reception and they said it was standard. You would think that they would allow guests to have a lie in if they so feel like it. They have a light system to signal whether or not you want to have your room cleaned or not, which is okay except for the light that is lit on the outside, is also lit on the inside which means you have a glow to deal with and when you are a light sensitive sleeper like I am, it’s not ideal. I have stayed in Radissons for years, both for business and leisure and never had I come across something like this. As a recommendation, the breakfast for £15 (if booked in advance or £20 as a walk in) is not worth the price. There are far too many options in the area and for way better prices. I am not saying it is bad, just that you might want to try other things and you would save a few quid in the process.

    Charged an extra £ 38.95 for no apparent reason. Hotel staff told me they will look into it. Unfortunately I have not heard back from them yet however the stay was good otherwise . Location of the hotel is great and the room was of good size (for London)

    We had a suite, which is definitely worth it if you can afford to upgrade. Breakfast in our room was superb, and costs no more than going downstairs. All staff really helpful and efficient. 5 stars for the hotel, but we wouldn't give the restaurant such a high score. Only steak or lobster on menu. 2 of us had steak, very good. 2 had lobster, not very good. Overall expensive.
