    Hotel is lovely, team is very friendly. Location is good. Service is also fine but room is quite small, it is okay but bathroom especailly shower is too small. But I have been happy with hotel except the noise of the rooms' doors while closing.

I was delighted to learn that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you found our location to your convenience in the very heart of London, being just a few minutes walk away for lots of shopping opportunities on Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Bond Street tube stations for travelling links across the city and many of London's oldest and most famous tourist marks just a stone throw away from the hotel.     Reception staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful as were all other members of staff we encountered. Breakfast was also very good, and relaxing. The lift was noisy but then our room was across from it. Standard double bed was a bit small, not much room to put toiletries or makeup in bathroom, and no convenient mirror in room for makeup other than in bathroom. Very good location for shopping and theatres etc, would stay again.
