    The hotel is really well situated a block behind Oxford Street, on a quiet side street. The rooms are on the small side, but the staff and the service really do make up for them with efficiency and helpfulness. I've stayed there a couple of times now and they really do go above and beyond to make you feel valued and comfortable. Highly recommended.

    I fully accept the fact that we live in a homogenised world where brand is key and individuality is not the way forward but please can the staff at this hotel listen to the guests as oppose to rattling through the standard routine/checklist of questions at check in.....I surely do not have to frequently repeat that I am running late and need to hurry through this process......
