The Vanderbilt’s restaurant, Scoff & Banter, serves British cuisine in a relaxed environment, as well as great wines and afternoon tea.

    Friendly, efficient and non-judgemental staff (I couldn't work out how the off button on the TV remote worked). Very clean, well equipped room. Will definitely stay again, even if there are closer hotels to my meetings.

    Lovely hotel in a great location for visitors to London.100 yd’s from tube station. Staff a very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent bar and restaurant facilities. One of the best in London.

    Gradually coming back to the form of the 1990's but needs more money spent on it to do the improvements fully. Reinstate waitress service at breakfast time because the buffet does not work.The staff are great and very helpful.
