    Dirty tissue found in the dressing. The dustbin of the bathroom was full and not cleaned before I came. The glass they brought me in my room for a beer was not clean, some red lipstick mark were all over it, no one bothered. Some lost items were found in the sofa when i sat on it. And of course after reporting those issues to several staff members, i received no apologies.

    Staff were all excellent, the rooms were immaculate with comfy big beds (VG), location perfect. Would I stay again, yes please. We had a faulty TV and was thus upgraded with no fuss or hassle, well pleased.
