Radisson Edwardian Hotels provide innovative tool, for guests, on its restaurant menus Radisson Edwardian, a collection of 14 hotels located in London, Heathrow, Manchester and Guildford , has revolutionised its restaurant menus, across 11 of its London hotels, by integrating QR codes ; allowing guests to access exclusive video content, whilst engaging with the new generation of digital savvy consumers.

These unique codes provide an enhanced dining experience, for guests, as the codes direct diners to an online video; hosted on the hotel’s website, to show the ‘dish of the month’ being creatively prepared by one of the hotel’s highly acclaimed chefs. The video gives insightful tips and advice on how the dish is prepared and the cooking ingredients used.

Radisson Edwardian is at the forefront of the hospitality industry with this pioneering way to engage with consumers. With many using their mobile phone as a gateway to accessing the Internet, it’s fitting that Radisson Edwardian should incorporate the QR codes on to its menu; providing a vehicle for diners to find out more about the hotels’ culinary offering by simply scanning the QR code with their mobile phone.
