Who do I talk to if I did not get my miles/points for a Radisson Blu Edwardian stay?

If you did not receive your points, please call the hotel directly or contact the Radisson Rewards Customer Service at +1 (800) 508-9000. Radisson Rewards Customer Service will require that you fax or mail them a copy of your hotel invoice.

If you did not receive your airline miles, please contact the Airline directly should have awarded your miles.
