Before you arrive
Three days before you arrive at your hotel, you will receive an SMS or email, where you can update your details, check-in online, make payment and even choose your room from a virtual floor plan. As soon as your room is ready, you will be notified and your keys will be ready to collect from concierge upon arrival.
Once checked in, your virtual host, Edward, will introduce himself to you. There are over 900 different ways you can interact with him, and he is trained to understand your enquiry, no matter how it is phrased. Prior to arriving, you can ask Edward if your room is ready and even the address of the hotel.
During your stay
Edward is always at your fingertips, and can assist you in utilising any of the hotel’s facilities, so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind. He is always focused on personalising your visit, so when you arrive for breakfast, the restaurant staff will have access to your profile, which details everything from dietary requirements to your favourite table.
Edward really is with you throughout your time with us, and will ensure you have assistance with anything you need, whether it is checking out, or booking a taxi for your departure. Edward is always at your service.
