Stayed in this hotel for my girlfriends 30 birthday and it could not of gone better. The hotel looks amazing and the facilities are amazing we enjoyed the spa alot. Its the little things also count and receiving alittle cake for her birthday just shows that the staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be.

Went to Manchester for the night as a group of three to try out The Ivy and decided to stay here to use the spa. I should of known when it was obvious the decorators were in. Was rudely woken up at 8am by drilling and noisy workmen. Not what you would expect ...

We stayed overnight to go to a concert at Bridgewater Hall - very convenient location. Parking is just around the corner - £25 overnight. Staff were first rate - great welcome and helpful at every turn. We had a snack in the library restaurant - bit slow and a bit pretentious. Probably young people will love it all.
