    Trip type: 
    Lots of reasons, the hotel check in online showed no details of where the rooms were in relation to reception or the conference rooms. No details of where to park in relation to your room. Check in queues were long. Lifts inconveniently positioned. Food disappointing at breakfast and in the Steak and lobster and room service. Bad signage meant that I missed half the meeting on the friday night. It was supposed to say 6 til 8pm but said 7 to 9pm. I thought it had been delayed so turned up at 6.45pm after waiting in my room. On the Saturday, my key card failed so after going all the way to my room, I had to go back to reception. I am disabled and walking long distances hurts, so this was not good for me. After reporting all these issues no compensation was offered
