The training takes roughly an hour to complete, offering insight to the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group brands and loyalty programs. Once you pass the final exam, we will acknowledge your expertise by designating you as a Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group Certified travel agent.

5,000 Point Offer Rules
To be eligible for the online training 5,000 bonus point offer ("Bonus Point Offer"), an eligible Look To Book member must complete, and pass the applicable quiz for all seven (7) training modules and complete and pass the final exam as found on CarlsonRezidorLearning.com, no later than December 31, 2012. The Bonus Point Offer is a onetime offer per Look To Book account. Bonus points will be loaded within 21 days of completion of all training modules and the final exam.
