I cannot fault the staff at the Radisson or the service they provide. It is quite simply flawless. I am unable to even offer any areas of improvement because I have never been anywhere where the staff have such impeccable manners, at all levels, where they bend over backwards to make you feel special, even down to the little things that they remember. The service is beyond anything I've ever known from the second I pick up the phone to make the booking to the minute I drive away after the event (and I have worked in hotels myself). The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite and personable. The food is amazing and nothing is ever, ever too much trouble. I have had a lot of feedback from the delegates all saying the same thing. What impresses me the most is the staff and their attention to detail. When you ask for something to be done you know it will be. Not only it is nice to be recognised when I arrive at the hotel, but I also have got to know quite a few members of staff over the years.
