It’s National Vegetarian Week this week (20th – 26th May 2013) and to celebrate we are serving up two delicious vegetarian dishes.
We’ve been celebrating National Vegetarian Week since 2011 and we’ve even won an award for our commitments to making the week a success. We have two dishes for you to choose from this year;
The first is Spinach and Kidderton Ash goats’ cheese pie
This delicate pie is made with British Kidderton Ash goats’ cheese and spinach in a light pastry. Handmade in Britain, Kidderton Ash goats’ cheese has a distinctive creamy flavour that’s hand rolled and lightly dusted with ash before it develops fully. Served with a light salad and glass of Californian wine, it’s the perfect accompaniment to all this cross-seasonal weather we’ve been having in London.
The second dish is Saffron and Poppy Seed pasta. A deliciously creamy dish, our pasta is served with seasonal asparagus and a glass of Californian wine.
